A New Perspective

On our two newest episode of A New Perspective, we review two films: The Lion King (2019) [guests: TechtonicPOP], and The Rocky Horror Picture Show (1975) [guest: Jon Paul Burkhart]. We talk Disney remakes in general, and how TRHPS was a shot in the arm of pure freedom and sexual expression during a time when that sort of thing was still completely unacceptable.

Under the Influence(r)

His name is BaffMasta. You may know him as the internet’s Frozone, or from his viral Cowboys video (one of the first he ever posted!), but you definitely don’t know where he comes from, or what he was doing before he switched to the life of an influencer.

@BaffMasta as Frozone

On episode 11, Monica Soriano sits down with Evan to discuss creating her own pop culture & music news website, interviewing Justin Bieber, and her special brand of positivity that keeps her going.

Anonymous Apologies

Episode 13 features an old fraternity secret and an abusive relationship, but you might be surprised who is apologizing. Justin & Luna weigh in.

Open motto for fraternity Lambda Chi Alpha

Episode 14 involves the actions of a drunk person being explained away, and people being bad friends. Luna’s never heard of the concept of “drunk” before, so Justin does his best to explain.

In the Now with TechtonicPOP

In episode 11, Jer & Monica cover Disney Channel original movies and Disney finally championing LGBT characters!

You might be surprised where this episode goes!

In episode 12, TechtonicPOP makes you a list of their Top 10 Independent Musicians, some of whom you’ve probably never heard of but won’t want to miss out on!

Thank you for reading, and be sure to stay tuned right here for more MMM updates!
